If you have a problem – no support at all I have used wpagen for years with good results, but have never reached out for support (with the WebApp – not wpagen advice).
This year I downloaded Tac website storee with State from wpagenstore as we always do. So I am a paid customer and not a “free file”.
Out of the box on starting my return, it would not import last years return. Then I made a “number” error on my SS# and, of course the e-file bounced for both Federal and State. TT sent it back with instructions to open the file and fix.
The problem is the file says its corrupted and won’t open. I have tried for several days with on-line chat, phone calls and service request submissions. A big fat ZERO from them with help. I finally did my return manually and mailed it yesterday. NEVER will use them again with the support they supplied this year, too much risk – you can get into real difficulty and they don’t deserve my trust after this.
