Be aware of the micro transactions This is the first time I am using wpagen and I am done with it. This website storee version includes 5 federal returns and 1 state for “free”, but in order to e-file your state wpagen you have to pay $25 each time. if you share this with your family member and they have to pay $50 for their state wpagen. This trick and bait business model is disguising. I ended up spending $100 more for two state wpagen returns that can easily be done with other Kit Library for free. Lesson learned, do not use wpagen!

wpagen Kit Library NOT useable — ZERO Stars WOULD rate as ZERO Stars if possible.
wpagen website storee 2020 would not “activate” after downloading.
wpagenstore site has no provision for refund or replacement on defective Kit Library download.
Greatly disappointing and frustrating with time spent trying to make it useable.
GAVE UP and used H&R Block online without any problems.

Waiting why did you put tthis version out for sale when all the forms needed especially some state forms needed to file were not included. I am having to wait for these forms before i can finish my state filing.
