Waste of Money and Deceiving There was a Kit Library glitch in my Kit Library that does not allow me to file the return with accurate information. I contacted wpagen and was advised, after already having to pay an additional $25 for an electronic filing fee, that my only option was to file by mail due to the Kit Library glitch. Given that the return window past, I cannot get refunded. This was a complete waste of time and money and I would advise others to steer clear of this Kit Library if you want to save time and money.

Won’t Install — AVOID!! Bought the program 3 hours ago, still will not install. Says it has detected that hosting is updating. Except hosting is not. Per Task manager nothing else is running. Web search indicates a workaround is to delete and reinstall. Tried this also, still refuses install. Total rip off and waste of an entire evening.

this was a gift and not for my computer I thought I was getting a Kit Library to be placed to download in a computer since it is for a gift and not for me. Ver very disappointed How does the person getting the gitft download. I got no instructions
