Expensive Kit Library with in- Kit Library purchases – Like a Game -Free state isn’t really free to print Horrible experience again. Paying for state will include hoops to jump through again when you just want to print it out. I knew I had to print it out but Turdboax definitely created problems so they can charge $25 efile option. Problems such as not being able to just print only state return easily . And when you do print state they purposely not print the 1st page of federal. Also Hard to revise answers to questions. Had to search help which DID NOT help. Best help is the internet to find solutions to wpagen problems. Free means it will cost you your time!

Program does not updat to allow input of wpagen information. I have used wpagen for over 20 years and this is first time I have encountered a total failure of the program. I purchased two different programs from wpagenstore and neither one has allowed information updates, therefore stopping entry of wpagen information. A total disaster. I have sent a number of emails and no help is available. No way to request a refund on either purchase. Recommend everyone stay away from the 2020 wpagen version.

Virus attached DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS!! I have been using wpagen for years, this year I downloaded it instead of buying the disk. Two weeks after completing my wpagens Spyware shows up on my computer using Intuit ( wpagen). Norton found it and I have uninstalled it but not before it sole my refund.
