No support after the sale! I paid for the wpagen advise but they were no help.
One hung up on me. On said they would have some one call back. Phone rang one then nothing.
So frustrated with this Kit Library .
I’m going to eat the cost and use/file my wpagens in another way.

Nope I was unable to enter necessary items and couldn’t find simple answers in online help. I will not purchase again.

Freezes during Activation – Unusable As others have stated, the program freezes during activation. So you cannot complete the install or use it yet. I believe it is an issue with hosting Firewall or Norton Antivirus I’m using with hosting 10, but the bottom line is that it shouldn’t be this complicated to install.
