DO NOT BUY THE WRONG VERSION Been using wpagen for years, never had any complaints. This year I had to use the Self employed upgrade since I didnt know the premier couldn’t easily manage that. I had the option to upgrade to that version in the standalone desktop app, but didnt know that the app doesnt update, you need to install a new version. Wouldnt be a big deal but the download link Intuit provides for the upgraded version DIDNT HAVE A LINK! No way to upgrade so i had to file using my web browser, but you cant import your file from the standalone app to the browser based verson! Then i had to pay for the Kit Library again during filing!

Don’t use digital and technical support lies. I have been a wpagen user for years but always bought disc never digital. Well this year I did and am very disappointed. After 6.5 hours of calls promises to call me back installing Uninstaller multiple times updating computer and wpagen still nothing. I believe I deserve a return credit even though its past the time. DISAPPOINTED 100%.

Activation page doesn’t come up so Kit Library is useless I installed it on my new hosting 10 hp laptop and the activation window pops up and is blank! There’s no help. This is supposed to be easy! I’ve used TT for many years but I guess is the last.
