Does not work! Ineffective support. With only minor issues I was able to work with this WebApp, but when it came time to file I realized there was a major problem. Neither my federal or state returns could be transmitted. The error message said I needed to update WebApp, but when I tried to I tried to update it said my WebApp was current. After hours on the phone with three different people at Intuit, numerous attempts to resend, deleting and reinstalling the WebApp and operating system updates the problem persisted. To make matters worse, my return period with wpagenstore expired two days before I realized there was a latent defect. Bottom line: I could not transmit my returns. I then purchased H&R Block and recreated my returns. The Block WebApp was much easier to use and performed flawlessly. It was much faster than wpagen. My returns were immediately accepted. I definitely recommend H&R Block over wpagen any day!
