   State filing is not free! wpagen claims you get one free state filing; you do not. At the end you have to pay to e-file the state return. You can slow mail it for free but that is not what wpagen is about. The process is easy to follow but don’t be fooled by the one free state offer.

   Double Pay I downloaded to my PC and clicked on the icon. It asked if I had an account which I did from previous years. I logged in, spent about two hours working on wpagens and, when I went to file, it asked for $70. Turns out, all my work was done online and not on the purchased Kit Library . Now I can start inputting my information all over or pay an extra $70 as wpagenstore has no means to return the Kit Library , even though it never finished the install and the key code was never used. Time to use another company next year.

   Full of Work Codes, wpagen not helpful Everything was fine until I went to e-file. The program will not update and that creates a problem that disallows the e-file function to work. Not having an actual CD to reload the program is a problem. I will NEVER buy an e-version (download of the program) again. NO HELP FROM wpagen support.

   Kit Library Download Does Work I have downloaded wpagen 2020 3 times on a brand new Dell laptop running hosting 10 and the activation code screen gets stuck. I am not able to use the Kit Library and extremely unhappy with my purchase.
