Buyer Beware Bought the download version of website storee & state. It will not install on my PC with 2GB memory. I cannot return to wpagenstore for a refund so I am out $50 for the bad experience. H&R block loads easily and runs great for 1/2 the price. I have spent approx. 3 hours trying to get a refund from intuit. After 3 calls with long waiting times and one call that lasted 50 minut5es I still have no resolution (2 months later). Buying Kit Library on-line download from wpagenstore leaves you no recourse if something goes wrong – Buyer BEWARE!

OMG I have used this program for sometime. This year was an nightmare due to my FED and then state being returned.
There is no way to figure out why, other than doing amended returns, which may or may not come out the same, then you have to file by mail them in. Don’t expect any kind of help, there is none.

Can’t get activation code I have tried every way i know and cannot get an activation code. So it is useless. Also when I downloaded the program my computer was hacked. no more wpagen after this year
