This will not install on my hosting 10 Professional Operating system. I will be returning. After trying to install, I was able to locate several online resources that indicate previous issues installing on hosting 10 Professional. It simply does not install. After talking to wpagen support and trying multiple troubleshooting processes for over an hour, I was told it will not run. I have been using wpagen for decades and I will be returning this Kit Library . This is the first time I have ever had an application not install when the system meets the manufacturers specifications for OS, memory, disk space, etc. With the same issues reported for 2019 version, I am disappointed that this was not fixed for 2020. I installed my 2019 version on hosting 7, so I did not have this issue last year.

state e-filing is 25 USD not 20 USD wpagen is charging ever more money for doing less. This paired with a confusing array of Kit Library s and misleading advice over which one you need to buy based on your circumstances is really frustrating.

SHOULD OF STUCK WITH H&R BLOCK I’ve used H&R Block for YEARS and why I switched I don’t know!!! AGH….the accuracy and results were NOT accurate. I ended up having to buy H&R block and redid my wpagens with much better accuracy! IF YOU ARE FAMILAIR WITH H&R BLOCK DO NOT SWITCH….you will regret it like i did….wasted my money!!!

WANT TO RETURN Kit Library ORDER? ORDERED WRONG Kit Library , TRYING TO RETURN IT AND GET CORRECT AND NOT GETTING ANY HELP
