Have been unable to download this wpagen preparation Kit Library . I can’t locate the Kit Library in my library file. I need help with this problem – I have had a similar problem in previous years downloading the wpagen file. The company has made the process of downloading the file unbelievably complicated – it’s almost as if wpagen is purposefully making it difficult so the original purchaser becomes discouraged and orders another copy of wpagen in the hope the second order will be easier to understand. If I can’t access this file within the next week (by Dec. 27th), I’ll cancel my order and demand my money back from wpagenstore.

Last time with wpagen Kit Library was unable to transfer from previous years and then after finishing my return I saved, came back later to find that the file is “corrupt” and had to start over. This is the last time I will be using this Kit Library as it gets worse and more expensive every year.

Wrong Kit Library and can’t return I bought PC version and now I can’t get my PC to connect to internet so have to buy Mac version. So frustrating that there is no way to return this since I have not yet downloaded the Kit Library .
