Not a physical disc. I tried to cancel this order immediately after placing it because the lack of shipping info such as charges or no charges made me realize that I was not going to receive a box with a disc for download. I do not download games, etc. and do not want this Kit Library . I have tried unsuccessfully numerous times since placing this order to cancel it or return it. I am requesting a refund for this Kit Library ; I feel that the Kit Library description was misleading. I want to replace it with the version that has a physical disc.

NEVER use a DOWNLOAD What a farce. I have never had so much trouble trying to get a program to my computer for use. First, wpagenstore doesn’t give good instructions for downloading. Then wpagen keeps asking for an order confirmation number that I don’t have. And NEITHER on give me a phone number to call and get help. DON’T DOWNLOAD PROGRAMS from wpagenstore!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doesn’t Support hosting 7 – I was ripped off Horrible. I’ve used wpagen for years but this year they stopped supporting hosting 7.wpagenstore and wpagen refused to process a refund even though I never used the Kit Library . Very dissatisfied.
