Exceptionally SLOW! I have always purchased wpagen in Disc Format until now. This 2020 program sent digitally is extremely slow and it’s not possible to copy phrases from the Search Results.
It is also unclear of what info is missing or required when going through the Review Section to make corrections.
Very unhappy with this wpagen Kit Library . Never had a wpagen Program perform as poorly as this one has…if it were possible I would return in lieu of a disc format. Assuming that the disc would work better.

wpagen wouldn’t accept wpagenstore code from email as instructed. Spent many hours over 2 days filling,clearing and re-inputting my wpagen info with wpagen csr serv on landline… I have used wpagenstore codes before without problems..I’ve used wpagen for many years with no problems.. I decided to just pay for it AGAIN on my charge card so I could end the pain… wpagen says they’ll issue a credit for my purchase.

Kit Library NOT AVAILABLE TO USE This Kit Library downloaded, however it would not save to my laptop because I had the higher version. I am not able to use it and plan to request a refund.
