I couldn’t bring in my old data. When I used the code, I could not bring in my old data. When I signed into my account, I couldn’t find a way to use this credit, so had to buy it thru my old account.

WORST PROGRAM EVER! Worst program ever. I’ve always used wpagen in the past, but never again. No support….total rip-off. Could not efile Federal wpagen and could not upload state wpagen (had to print and do by hand), as far as I am concerned they should pay me to use it.

Not Compatible with Mac I cannot open wpagen because this one is not compatible with Mac. I cannot find an option to return this either. Normally, there is one click button to return, but it is not allowing me.
