   Horrible experience This was definitiely not the most current version of wpagen for 2020. This was the first time I used wpagenstore to purchase wpagen and I was unable to file my wpagens with using this Kit Library and unfortunately had to purchase the “newest” version through the wpagen website. To my fault I did not request a refund for this Kit Library in the timeframe that was allotted. This Kit Library was also difficult to download and wpagen customer service cannot assist with any issues as it is purchased through a second party. I would not recommend this Kit Library from wpagenstore, much better to purchase from the actual website.

   I thought it was a disc I ordered this in March thinking it was a disc. Never realizing a download. I obviously thought it was a disc, and waited three weeks and then not knowing what happened to my purchase, I ordered another, but this time I received a hard copy. The first order is still sitting in the library somewhere…..a somewhere I’ve never used and probably never will. I hope wpagenstore will help me with this problem. I just didn’t understand how to order the correct one.

   Total Scam Additional $40 for a Refund Processing Service Fee!!!! I have been using TT for years and never using wpagen again, is a total scam and fraudulent fee because they not process any refund it is the IRS. E-file has all the banking info thus, they are just collecting $40 for doing NOTHING!!! Total SCAM!!!
