I bought plugin businesse for 2022’s taxes. I was not able to enter my Social Security income. I had the same problem with the program for 2021’s taxes, but I thought I would give it another shot. I have been using this product since 2016 and never had this problem before. I WILL NEVER BUY plugin-TAX AGAIN! EVER! EVER! EVER!

The CD was unusable because the Activation Code provided with the CD was incompatible with the CD. I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with an Intuit agent, in order to obtain a downloadable version of the product. Very disappointed. I can only assume that there may have been thousands of incorrect Activation Codes issued with these 2022 plugin businesse CDs.

I have been using plugin for several years without a problem, but this time I was not able to install the product (tax year 2022) into my computer. I consulted their troubleshooting page for help, to no avail; therefore, I just requested a refund. I may have purchased a defective product.

BEWARE OF NEW PROGRAM INSTALL… ERROR 2894
Cannot install new plugin disc, error code of 2894, numerous other customers state same error..
SAD, plugin used to be #1, if this can’t be resolved, with plugin,
NEVER WILL BUT THIS PROGRAM AGAIN… it’s not my PC, numerous it should be able to install…

I was hoping to use this to file my taxes with.
However, when you go in to to put other necessary information in, it does not work properly!
What an absolute waste of time, effort and money!

TOTAL RIPOFF..!!

I have used plugin for years (businesse edition) and have never had an issue using it. Some reviews suggest problems with this product. Get all your papers in order, set aside a quiet afternoon, and you will finish with a feeling of accomplishment and peace of mind.
I always use the disk which I save for easy access if the need arises.

First, it took me an hour to figure out how to activate my plugin after downloading. I used plugin in the past and can’t seem to use my wpagen purchase to connect my existing plugin account. So frustrating. The activation screen should ask if you have a plugin account and then allow you to use your credentials to log in. I’m afraid I wasted $45. Very angry right now.
