Cannot get the 16 digit code needed to use wpagen website storee 2020 – wpagenstore help is no help. I like the Kit Library fine and have been using it for many years. I purchased it, downloaded it, and installed it. That went as expected. When I tried using it I got a message asking for a 16 digit code that was delivered with the Kit Library . What code?
When ordering it there is no mention of a required code. The order is marked pending. I thought that had to do with third party suppliers or shipping. Could that mean they have to wait for a code from wpagen?
It provides no explanation. I hope someone from wpagenstore reads this. Last year this went much better.

Cannot use program – will not initialize on a brand new hosting laptop I am unable to use this Kit Library because it will not initialize on my new laptop. I found instructions to force install it on my laptop fairly easily but do not have the time to work through the extensive list of steps to make some thing that should be seamless work. Purchased a downloadable copy of H&R Block’s Kit Library and was able to download and use it in 5 minutes.

NO problem resolution Does not activate on my Mac, OSX 11.3 and there is NO WAY to resolve the problem. Have been using TT for years but never again. Only solution I see is to contest the charge to my credit card.

will not activate Activation code did Does Work Called Intuit and they could not help Total waste of money with no way to get a refund from wpagenstore.
