This product was a haux, I tried to install per instructions on the box and got an error message. The technician indicated I had a Trogan Horse virus on my C: drive, but I ran diagnostics test and this was fake technical support, they maybe all related to a Hacker. Now I am days later and the period to return this product expired, money lost again, so beward.

As a long time use of plugin, this iteration was incredibly frustrating to navigate because my new computer saved no passwords. I tried to get customer support (it wanted me to log onto intuit, but I didn’t have the password and it wasn’t linked to a phone) I spent 3 hours on the phone with customer support only to be directed to a web page where I was denied a customer service request.

I downloaded the plugin businesse disc for 2022. I got to the part for activation with a 16 diget code and it was no where to be found. I tried thru wpagen and plugin and there were no links to do that. It’s useless to me otherwise. If someone from plugin or wpagen would like to enlighten me please do, otherwise refund and I’ll get it some other way.

Really? I had to cut the TT package in half to get the CD out of it. Discovered the inner sleeve had been glued to the package.
I am admittedly OCD about keeping books, boxes, CD jewel cases in mint condition but still no excuse for gluing the disk sleeve into the package.
BTW the CD comes in the new ‘pamphlet’ style CD cover not the ‘book’ style packaging.

Cons:
If you install from a disc, then you cannot download from Install-plugin site anymore. For me, I installed in my desktop which had a disc drive. After that, I tried to install in my laptop and Mac, but it will not allow to download.
Pros:
Tax calculation, Import W2 and 1099 works fine.

I have used plugin for years and every year I pay for the Audit Defense. I was audited from 2018, 2019, & 2020. All three years they were negligent in handling things…and it continues. I have the proof and showed them how they left over 50 pages of my documents I sent to them, which cost me thousands of dollars, but they did not send those pages in to the audit. I have spent so much time having to do their job and they were 100% negligent in how they handled my taxes. I would not use them if I were you. Their company tries to weasel out of taking care of obvious mishandling, negligent practices. These are supposed to be “Tax Professionals” but they are not at all. For being a company that is in the financial industry and specializes in taxes, believe me they could care less and do the minimum to help.

Not what I thought I was getting I thought I was getting the disk .. not a digital download …. it’s not clear in the website that it’s a download … I would’ve purchased a disk elsewhere
