Had problems with this download We purchased this download to get an early start with our wpagens. Have been using wpagen for 15 years without a problem, all with using purchased CDs. This time we were told that schedule D was not available. We were unable to download any updates to get schedule D. Spent hours on the phone with wpagen customer service. The person was very nice but was unable to resolve our problem. Finally purchased a cd from Staples, which was delivered the next day. Entire program loaded with no problem. I know that we will only buy wpagen CDs going forward. You may want to consider doing the same before wasting your money.

Never again Don’t get it. You have to pay the money to get the program then you have to spend more to get to file your state refund. It “comes with 1 free state” but not to file it. You have to spend another 25 bucks to efile your state. By the time I pay that money it is cheaper to just have someone do them for me and not spend the 2 plus hours putting it all in the computer myself. Do go for the hidden fees.

Rip off! I wanted to do my wpagens on my wpagenstore Fire as l did last year. I had to purchase this & couldn’t even get to it because wpagenchaser kept coming up!!! I did my wpagens on my phone after getting so stressed out over it!
